Scaled Production Accelerated! Letone Technology's 612-Liter HPP Equipment Empowers Guangxi Origin

On March 28, Letone Technology's independently developed 612-liter HPP ultra-high pressure food sterilization equipment was completed and delivered to Origin Group.
The core equipment delivered this time will fully support the large-scale production and quality upgrading of HPP juice and puree for Origin Group, laying a solid equipment foundation for it to improve its high-end beverage portfolio and seize the clean-label consumer market.
The core advantages of the equipment directly address industry pain points. Adopting the industry-leading 600MPa room-temperature ultra-high pressure cold sterilization technology, it achieves pure physical sterilization that retains more than 95% of heat-sensitive nutrients and natural fresh fruit flavor in products. It greatly extends shelf life without preservatives, perfectly matching the health consumption trend.
The extra-large 612-liter chamber is suitable for large-scale production. Coupled with the independently developed intelligent control system, it can precisely adjust sterilization parameters to ensure high stability of product quality between batches, solving the industry dilemma that high-end fruit products can hardly achieve both quality upgrading and large-scale production.
At the completion ceremony, Zhao Hongliang, Chairman of Letone Technology, together with the head of the Equipment Business Unit and the chief engineer, accompanied the customer to inspect the equipment R&D, manufacturing and final assembly process in the general assembly workshop, fully verifying the equipment's technical strength and quality control standards.
This delivery not only strongly proves Letone Technology's technological iteration and large-scale production capacity in the field of ultra-high pressure food sterilization equipment, but also injects strong new domestic impetus into the high-quality and green development of China's food industry.
