Letone Technology launches the newly developed API 17K bonded flexible hose, which is deeply oriented to the whole process of offshore oil and gas exploitation. This product addresses the shortcomings of traditional rigid pipe fracturing, such as high single-well costs and low efficiency, with outstanding on-site application results. Compared with traditional steel pipes, it reduces costs by 70% and doubles installation efficiency. The inner layer uses special wear-resistant UHMWPE material, featuring zero abrasion, no damage, and excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It can stably convey highly acidic fracturing fluids with a cumulative continuous operation time of up to 8,000 hours, making it an essential equipment for shale oil and gas stimulation.
Flexible Choke and Kill Lines: Core Equipment for Well Control Safety
It is suitable for high-risk scenarios of oil and gas well control, with excellent tensile resistance, fatigue resistance and impact resistance to cope with sudden pressure surges and vibrations during well control operations. The outer rubber layer is made of high-temperature and fire-resistant synthetic rubber, with double protection of stainless steel flame-retardant armor on the exterior.
