Classification and characteristics of stainless steel flange ball valve

2017-07-26

Ball valve has O-type ball valve and V-type ball valve. O-ball valve adopts floating structure, the core is precision casting, the outer surface is plated with hard chromium, the valve seat is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, the flow port is the same as the pipe diameter, the flow capacity is great, the flow resistance is very small, and there is no leakage when it is closed. It is generally used as on-off valve, especially suitable for high viscosity, fibrous and granular media; V-ball valve adopts fixed structure, with V-notch on the ball core, which can realize proportional adjustment, and the flow characteristic is approximately equal percentage.
According to different process equipment, pneumatic or electric ball valves can be selected to form pneumatic ball valves and electric ball valves respectively. If pneumatic ball valves want to achieve proportional adjustment, they must be equipped with valve positioners. If electric ball valves want to achieve proportional adjustment, they must be equipped with electronic electric actuators or servo amplifiers.
From the material, it can be divided into: carbon steel ball valve, stainless steel 304 ball valve, 316 ball valve and copper ball valve
In application, it can be divided into: high pressure ball valve and low pressure ball valve
High pressure ball valve: mainly used in oil, natural gas, hydraulic oil, construction machinery and other industries
Low pressure ball valve: mainly used in corrosive pipelines such as water!
