Inner rubber layer: Nitrile/chloroprene synthetic rubber, suitable for biodegradable hydraulic oils.
Reinforcing layer: One layer of steel wire braid (1/2" – 3/4"), impulse ≥ 300,000 times; Four layers of steel wire winding (1" – 2"), impulse ≥ 1 million times.
Outer rubber layer: Standard tube: peel-free, wear-resistant, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber; Wear-resistant tube: peel-free, high wear-resistant, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber; Ultra-wear-resistant tube: peel-free, ultra-wear-resistant, and weather-resistant UHMWPE.
Temperature range: -40℃ to +121℃ (-40℉ to +250℉).
Implementation standard: Exceeds ISO18752-AC/CC standard.
Bending radius: 41% less than ISO 18752 standard; 47% less than SAE standard; pressure exceeds SAE standard by 60%.

Low-temperature bending performance: under -40°C testing conditions, the bending radius is reduced by 50% compared to the DIN EN853 standard; the bending radius of the 1” 42MPa Super Artery low-bending series hose is approximately 250mm.
