The average minimum bending radius of the entire series of hoses is 34% lower than the ISO 18752 Class C standard (Note: Class C standard refers to the compact category in the ISO 18752 standard), which facilitates installation and saves equipment space;

3.Adopts integrated, peel-free connectors (31 and 41 series) and split connectors (61 series).
Note: The integrated peel-off adhesive and split-type connectors are used with Letone's self-developed hydrogenated nitrile butadiene seals, which are infinitely close to the goal of zero leakage.

Based on EN853:2015, and according to the methods specified in GB/T 12721-2007/ISO6945:1991, the outer layer of the Super Hercules low-bend hose series was subjected to a reciprocating abrasion test at a frequency of 1.25 Hz under a gravity of 25 N. Comparing the mass loss of the outer layer material after 2000 cycles, the outer layer of the Super Hercules low-bend hose was classified into the following three types:
Standard outer layer
Eliminates hose crimping problems caused by excessive or insufficient adhesive stripping.
Abrasion Resistance (AR) Outer Layer
The wear-resistant mass loss is 1/7 that of the standard outer layer, meaning its wear resistance coefficient is 7 times that of the standard outer layer. The wear-resistant AR outer layer hose is suitable for relatively harsh operating environments.
Super Abrasion Resistance SAR Outer Layer
Employing a UHMWPE outer layer, the outer layer material exhibits zero mass loss after 2000 cycles. This ultra-abrasion-resistant SAR outer layer hose is suitable for extremely harsh operating environments.
