Accelerating Mass Production! Letone Technology's 612L HPP Equipment Empowers Guangxi Juice Product

On March 28th, Letone Technology's independently developed 612L HPP ultra-high pressure food sterilization equipment was delivered to a production group. This core equipment will fully support the production group's large-scale production and quality upgrade of HPP juices and purees, laying a solid foundation for its efforts to complete its high-end beverage portfolio and capture a share of the clean label consumer market.
The equipment's core advantages precisely address industry pain points. It employs industry-leading 600MPa room-temperature ultra-high pressure cold sterilization technology. Pure physical sterilization preserves over 95% of the product's heat-sensitive nutrients and natural fresh fruit flavor, significantly extending shelf life without preservatives, perfectly aligning with health-conscious consumption trends. The 612L ultra-large volume chamber is adapted to the needs of large-scale production, and coupled with a self-developed intelligent control system, it can precisely adjust sterilization parameters, ensuring high batch-to-batch product quality stability, solving the industry challenge of balancing "quality upgrades" and "large-scale production" for high-end fruit products.
At the production line launch event, Zhao Hongliang, Chairman of Letone Technology, along with the head of the Equipment Business Unit and the Chief Engineer, led the client to the final assembly workshop to inspect the equipment's R&D, production, and final assembly processes, comprehensively verifying the equipment's technical strength and quality control standards. This delivery not only powerfully demonstrates Letone Technology's technological iteration and large-scale mass production capabilities in the field of ultra-high pressure food sterilization equipment, but also injects new, robust momentum into the high-quality and green development of China's food industry.
