Breakthrough! Letone Technology's API 17K hose wins CNOOC CCUS benchmark project

On March 25th, Letone Technology successfully won the bid for the trestle hose procurement project of the CCUS (Capture, Utilization, and Storage) Enhanced Oil Recovery Project for the Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field by the Design Institute of Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. (COOEC). This marks the first successful application of domestically developed API 17K adhesive hose in a benchmark offshore oil and gas CCUS project. This project is a key demonstration project of CCUS-EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) in the domestic offshore oil and gas field, and has industry benchmark significance for promoting the low-carbon transformation of offshore oil and gas development. This successful bid not only adds another milestone to Letone Technology's high-end oil and gas hose business, but also signifies that domestically produced high-end offshore oil and gas hoses have officially broken the long-term monopoly of international giants, taking a crucial step towards independent control of core equipment.
The trestle hoses that won this bid are built upon Letone Technology's independently developed API 17K adhesive hose core technology. This product series recently debuted at cippe 2026 Beijing Petroleum Exhibition, attracting significant attention from domestic and international industries due to its performance meeting international industry standards, excellent resistance to marine corrosion, and long-term operational reliability. From its technological debut at an industry event to its rapid implementation in key projects, this not only fully demonstrates the core adaptability of this product series in high-end scenarios such as marine oil and gas transportation and low-carbon oil and gas development, but also signifies that Letone Technology has successfully broken through the long-standing technological barrier of relying on imports for high-end marine oil and gas hoses, achieving domestic self-sufficiency and control over core products in this field.
