The ultra-wear-resistant acid fracturing hose is precisely adapted to the high-pressure, highly corrosive, and highly abrasive fracturing conditions of oil and gas exploration and production in North Africa.
Stable ultra-high pressure load: Operating pressure up to 20,000 psi (138 MPa), burst pressure up to 45,000 psi (310 MPa), perfectly suited for the high-pressure fracturing operations of deep and ultra-deep wells in Egypt, ensuring construction safety and fracturing efficiency throughout the process; Superior corrosion and wear resistance: The inner layer is made of imported ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which can withstand strong acidic fracturing fluids such as hydrochloric acid and resist long-term corrosion from media containing H₂S and CO₂; it also has extremely strong erosion resistance, able to withstand high-speed impacts from diamond abrasives, and can withstand cumulative operations... With a lifespan of up to 8000 hours, significantly reducing on-site replacement frequency and maintenance costs; Flexible, efficient, and lightweight design: Utilizing a multi-layered high-strength, ultra-flexible steel wire winding reinforcement structure, it combines high pressure resistance with excellent flexibility. Compared to traditional rigid pipes, it reduces overall costs by 70% and increases installation efficiency by 2 times, adapting to the confined spaces and frequent mobile operations of North African oilfields, enabling rapid deployment and flexible connection; It also supports customized lengths up to 120 meters, allowing direct integration with offshore fracturing vessels, covering both onshore and offshore operation scenarios; Other core exhibits cover the core needs of the entire extraction process:
Rotary drilling and vibration damping hoses (API 7K series): Utilizing a multi-layered high-strength steel wire reinforced structure, these hoses possess excellent flexible vibration damping and pulse impact resistance. They effectively absorb vibration loads during drilling operations, reducing equipment wear and perfectly adapting to onshore and offshore drilling and workover operations under complex geological conditions in North Africa, thereby enhancing drilling stability and construction safety.
Flexible choke and kill tubing (API 16C series): The inner layer is specifically designed for high-sulfur conditions, capable of withstanding corrosive media such as H₂S and CO₂ for extended periods; the outer rubber layer possesses excellent flame-retardant properties, withstanding an open flame at 704℃ for 30 minutes. Customized for well control and choke/kill operations, it provides reliable safety for emergency operations and pressure control in high-pressure oil and gas wells in North Africa.
Ultra-high pressure resin hoses: Made of lightweight materials, these hoses are oil and corrosion resistant, anti-aging, high-pressure resistant, and have a small bending radius. They meet the stringent high-pressure cleaning requirements of ship decks, hull structures, and offshore platforms, making them a quality choice for industrial infrastructure, ship maintenance, and offshore platform cleaning.
