All materials used fully comply with American ASTM and AISI standards, and the product's technical specifications fully meet API Spec 6A standards. The product offers reliable sealing, quick installation and removal, and excellent interchangeability. It can be connected using pipeline threads, oil pipe threads, butt-welded connections, or pressure-sealed end connections.

The Type 600 uses a bronze seat for its main seal.

Recommended for use in steam systems, for manifold and line connections in production, drilling, and well workover.

Choose The Right Product

Working pressure: The maximum working pressure, pulse, and required safety factor, determined by the product's operating conditions;

Operating temperature: includes the highest/lowest operating temperature of the medium and the highest/lowest ambient temperature, etc.

The medium used: The physical and chemical properties of the medium will have a decisive influence on the selection of hose material;

Special requirements for application environments: Certain specific application environments may impose special requirements on the product's abrasion resistance, aging resistance, flexural resistance, pulse resistance, bending radius, etc. (Please consult our sales staff for the best solution);

Connector selection: Selecting the right connectors is a prerequisite for producing qualified assembly products. Effective selection (or design) of connectors based on the equipment design requirements will greatly improve the production efficiency of assembly products.

•  Transparent PVC protective sleeves or extra-strong protective sleeves reinforced with wound steel wire for harsh environments. Note: Hose protective sleeves are not intended as protective equipment for operators.
• Stainless steel gripping rings have a set clamping distance requirement. When using Letone Technology thermoplastic tubing for heat exchanger cleaning, the gripping rings can assist operators.
• The hose anti-disengagement clip securely holds the high-pressure hose in place in the event of accidental disconnection, preventing injury to operators or equipment. It is strongly recommended for use in high-pressure applications. Tensile strength ranges from 1372 kN to 2477 kN.
• Bending limiters can effectively prevent problems such as leakage and rupture caused by twisting at hose and joint connections under harsh operating conditions.
