Forged from high-strength alloy steel, rigorous heat treatment ensures a uniform microstructure and pressure-bearing capacity. Materials used fully comply with American ASTM and AISI standards, and product specifications fully meet API Spec 6A standards. The product offers reliable sealing, quick installation and removal, and excellent interchangeability. It can be connected using pipe threads, tubing threads, butt-welded connections, or pressure-sealed end connections.

The 600 type uses a bronze seat for the main seal.

Recommended for use in steam systems, for manifold and line connections in production, drilling, and workover operations.

  • Oil and gas and marine applications include chemical injection, subsea hydraulic component control, and subsea well control, and can be used for ultra-long pipelines.
  • Water jetting is used in environments with pressures up to 4000 bar (58000 psi), such as ultra-high pressure water jet demolition (reinforced concrete demolition, etc.), pipeline cutting, paper or steel cutting, and industrial cleaning requiring ultra-high pressure, such as tank and container cleaning, surface treatment, building surface cleaning, paint removal, etc.
  • Bolt pre-tightening is used in onshore and offshore bolt pre-tightening systems and hydraulic torque wrenches, etc.
  • Pressure testing equipment is used in the control of valves, tools, control panels, maintenance equipment, etc.
  • Heat exchangers are used for cleaning small-diameter heat exchanger tubes, etc.

Choose The Right Product

Connector Selection: Selecting suitable connectors is a prerequisite for producing qualified assembly products. Effective selection (or design) of connectors according to the equipment's design requirements will greatly improve the production efficiency of assembly products.

  •  Transparent PVC protective sleeves or extra-strong protective sleeves reinforced with wound steel wire for harsh environments. Note: Hose protective sleeves are not intended for use as operator protective equipment.
  • Stainless steel gripping rings have a set clamping distance requirement. When using Letone Technology thermoplastic tubing for heat exchanger cleaning, the gripping rings can assist operators.
  • The hose anti-disengagement clip securely holds the high-pressure hose in place in the event of accidental disconnection, preventing injury to operators or equipment. It is strongly recommended for use in high-pressure applications. Tensile strength ranges from 1372 kN to 2477 kN.
  • Bending limiters can effectively prevent problems such as leakage and rupture caused by twisting at hose and joint connections under harsh operating conditions.
