Materials used fully comply with American ASTM and AISI standards, and product specifications fully meet API Spec 6A standards. The product offers reliable sealing, quick installation and removal, and excellent interchangeability. It can be connected using pipe threads, tubing threads, butt-welded connections, or pressure-sealed end connections.

The 600 type uses a bronze seat for the main seal.

Recommended for use in steam systems, for manifold and line connections in production, drilling, and workover operations.

Choose The Right Product

Operating Pressure: The maximum operating pressure, pulse, and required safety factor determined by the product's operating conditions;

Operating Temperature: Including the highest/lowest operating temperature of the medium and the highest/lowest ambient temperature;

Using Medium: The physical and chemical properties of the medium will have a decisive impact on the selection of hose material;

Special Requirements of the Application Environment: Certain specific operating environments will impose special requirements on the product's wear resistance, aging resistance, flexural strength, pulse resistance, bending radius, etc. (Please consult our sales personnel for the best solution);

Connector Selection: Selecting suitable connectors is a prerequisite for producing qualified assembly products. Effective selection (or design) of connectors according to the equipment's design requirements will greatly improve the production efficiency of assembly products.

•  Transparent PVC protective sleeves or extra-strong protective sleeves reinforced with wound steel wire for harsh environments. Note: Hose protective sleeves are not intended for use as operator protective equipment.
• Stainless steel gripping rings have a set clamping distance requirement. When using Letone Technology thermoplastic tubing for heat exchanger cleaning, the gripping rings can assist operators.
• The hose anti-disengagement clip securely holds the high-pressure hose in place in the event of accidental disconnection, preventing injury to operators or equipment. It is strongly recommended for use in high-pressure applications. Tensile strength ranges from 1372 kN to 2477 kN.
• Bending limiters can effectively prevent problems such as leakage and rupture caused by twisting at hose and joint connections under harsh operating conditions.
