Hose Connector
The connector is made of 35CrMo high-strength alloy steel, forged as a single piece, and undergoes a rigorous heat treatment process to ensure a uniform and fine metallographic structure and excellent pressure resistance. High-precision CNC machine tools and machining centers ensure dimensional accuracy and product interchangeability. The hose assembly consists of a hose and end connectors mechanically crimped together using a double-layer sleeve structure. The crimped connector and hose provide a physical connection, offering stable anti-detachment and sealing. The crimped assembly features a buffer layer with multiple venting gaps in the rubber layer, effectively guiding gas to the connector pull-out section and venting it through the crimping grooves to the outside of the connector, preventing bulging of the hose.
