Customized Super Wear-resistant Mining Hoses with Special Outer Cover

This hose series features a polymer outer cover. In the 2,000-cycle reciprocating abrasion test in accordance with industrial standards, the outer material of Letone Technology's customized super wear-resistant mining hose registers 0g mass loss.

Super Hercules Low-bend Series Hoses

Low bending performance: bending radius reduced by a minimum of 37.5% versus ISO18752 standards and 50% versus SAE standards. Facilitates pipeline layout in confined spaces, cutting installation space by nearly 50%. High pressure: 4:1 safety factor to prevent bursting under high-pressure operation. Long service life: hose impulse cycle reaches 1,000,000 times to extend service life. Ultra-high-pressure Resin Hoses

Working pressure up to 400MPa with an ultimate burst pressure as high as 1000MPa and a 2.5 safety factor, providing ample safety margin for high-pressure operations. Its bending radius is 15% lower than the industry average for better flexibility and more flexible routing. Capable of stably conveying media such as water and hydraulic oil, it is widely applicable to diverse mining scenarios including high-pressure cleaning, high-pressure spraying, equipment maintenance and engineering support.

Heavy-duty Material Suction & Discharge Hoses
