Application： Remarkable performance on tight bend radius, high pressure, longservice life, and high impulse, weather resistant for more than five years and warrantied for two years with Letone hose fittings and HNBR seals. Widely apply to excavator and other heavy duty construction machinery or hash working environment.

Inner Tube：CR/NBR synthetic rubber

Reinforcement：multi-spiraled high tensile super flexible steel wire,four plies ≥ 1 million impulse cycles

Outer Layer：skiving-free abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber

Inner Layer：Oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement：4-layered high-strength super-flexible steel wire
Outer Layer：Wear-resistant, weather-resistant synthetic rubber (weather-resistant for 5 years, warranty for 3 years)
Characteristic：Low bending-bending radius is 50% lower than DIN EN853 standard; high-pressure-pressure is 30%~40% higher than DIN EN853 standard; long life.
Hose Fitting：It adopts high-quality carbon structural steel, the core material is 45# steel, the nut material is 35# steel, and the sleeve is 20# steel, which conforms to the national, British and American national standards. The joint sealing is made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber (10 years of aging resistance) Above) Use the one-piece hose connector specially provided by Litong, with pulse >= 1 million times.
